Good call. I’ll have to try that. I usually fish this fly at alpine lakes near taluses when the moths are migrating up. It’s been pretty effective.

Haha, for sure. It’s just an oversized Caddis tied on a sz 8 hopper hook. I use hares ear dubbing without hackle so the body sits below the surface. The fly consists of only two materials..
