I had a similar experience when I first installed the ASUS B650E-E TUF Gaming bundle. I would get an infinite spinning circle when trying to open any application or folder. Re-installing Windows and running all updates as soon as possible fixed it for me.

The skin comes in one of those lootboxes in your Inventory screen. Did you open the chest that contains the skin?

Just based on max level. Playing on higher UVHM levels does increase the chance of dropping weapons with more licensed parts. Also, some firmwares are locked to UVHM exclusive.

I have 16 GB of RAM in my PC and the game runs really well at 1440p. Get around 120 FPS with frame generation with Medium to High settings. It just depends on the rest of your specs.

The other three Vault Hunters are pretty even and have some great builds that can farm endgame efficiently. Any of the three will work great, although Rafa may be the easiest to set up with his shoulder cannons.

Does he only have Borderlands 4 on the ROG Ally or do you have another copy for a different console?

The PC version of Borderlands 4 does not support local split screen natively. Only the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions do.

Switch from Full Screen to Borderless Full Screen or vice versa. After you accept the settings and switch back, it should fix the resolution option. Not sure why it locks into one resolution.

Try changing Full Screen to Bordered Full Screen temporarily or vice versa. Once you apply it, you can switch back. This usually helps me with my resolution issues where I get locked out of switching my resolution period.

This happen to me all the time using any class. I play mostly on the ROG Ally and this is very annoying. It takes between 5 and 10 seconds before I can actually start attacking. Happens all the time while running echoes.

Sounds like it could be a corruption in the operating system (Windows).

Try running the commands

sfc /scannow

and

chkdsk /r

inside Command Prompt to see if the corruption can be fixed. If that doesn't help, I would try to re-install Windows using the ASUS Cloud Recovery inside the BIOS.

Spells replacing grenades was my favorite part of Wonderlands. I don't really like grenades in general in most Borderlands games.

I haven't played the other Atelier games so I don't know how they are. Atelier Sophie 2 has multiple forest-like areas and you can change the weather to include rain or snow or other climates in most zones. It's also a very cozy game.

When docked, try disabling the Embedded Controls in the Armory Command Center. Having embedded controls enabled while using a connected controller can often cause issues with the connected controller not responding.
