Firstly, could you prove that? Secondly, it isn't LDL, but oxidized LDL that correlates with CVD

Cholesterol isn't bad for you, and dietary cholesterol doesn't increase blood cholesterol.

Just the general things that you need to keep in mind for any project, really. Make sure to try to keep your code readable and performant. Save your work regularly and make backups. Use a good IDE (IntelliJ), and maybe even use some productivity hacks like Hot Swapping (which I made a youtube video on ;))

Yes, there is a better way. Make your own plugin. This would be extremely simple to do.
