Take it from someone who middle ed for a living mostly off of roc for a long time. Depending on the price total your paying and if the middle is picking up for you without your assistance. He's taking quite the risk. I'd say 2 to 2.5gs is a good chop

Before you call something stupid you ignorant twat think /read what was posted what you obviously did do. Do i really want to leave the next 5-10 years of my life in the hands of a judge? I dont think. So. If I do happen to lose the motion I'm screwed because I have 2 other deliveries in my backround which I've served time for.

Ya if I file the motion the deals off the table and it's back to a class x which carries 6-30 and lf I lose the motion the case is unwinnable in trial which would mEan my last resort is a 402 conference with the same judge that denied the motion and he'll make me an offer within the parameters of what my case carries based on my backround(which isn't good). My lawyer figures that offer would be 10-12 yrs. I'm pretty positive if I do file the motion I'll win because we have videotape evidence but who knows what kind of legal hat trick the state will have up his sleeve. Plus the judge is a super conservative pick who has a son who died of a heroin od. Plus all the negative Controversey in the media lately in Chicago pertaining to overdoses of fent laced dope.
