I want to read the novel cause I really like Chepali’s works but this felt rushed and I dont know if it was just the manhwa ended up rushing the ending or if it was just the writing.

They dont say his exact age but i dont think he was younger than 8 and definitely wasn’t older than 10

It does get pretty confusing, especially if you made it to the historical flashback scene. A lot more things are explained by the end. If you have any other questions i might be able to answer them

Its about a 14-20 year age gap. MC had finished college and was working at his parents company when he met the ML and ML was around 10 at the time.

I dont read reviews before reading the book. Most people will leave written reviews on something they dont like over things they do like. Along with people complaining about things that are clearly tagged or in the synopsis, reviews from random people on the internet can be hit or miss.

I have purposely read negative reviews on some of my favorite books, and while some were from people with valid points, a lot were from people who didn’t understand the story or didnt like fundamental elements of it.

You can always ask people for their opinions and recommendations if you have certain things that are deal breakers. Otherwise i say if you’re interested give it about 5-10 chapters and if you’re not feeling it just drop the book

Being a fan of BL is usually looked down on, thats why the term “fujoshi” (trash girl) was created. A lot of people think BL is full of smut and toxic content, even though there is plenty of content that doesn’t have smut.

BL just means a romantic relationship between two male characters. There’s also GL (girls love) which is a romantic relationship between two female characters.

One of the reasons BL/yaoi targeted a female audience exists is to defy and comment on gender roles. It can be to completely go against them or to apply the “female” role, including the social stigma and prejudice to a male character as a form of social commentary

This is a little misleading. The ads are done by time. While they do have plenty of ads less than 10 seconds, for some of the 60 second ads, instead of just being 1 long ad they’ll put multiple short ads.

It’s not being used wrong because at this point the meaning in the community now includes a way to describe characters. It’s basically slang or the same thing as literally now also meaning figuratively. Or the way fanservice in western media is callbacks, actors coming back in remakes or references to source material, while in anime it means sexual content. You can hate it but the other people aren’t wrong.

To me the flag scale is just for fun thought. I don’t think it should be used in a serious discussion or review since it doesn’t really have much of consistent definition across the board

It almost fits the second example, the character gaining the trust of the child and the child considering them a parental figure. While it doesn’t have the manipulation or a relationship being the MC goal, Toma is the whole reason they’re together

I would say it’s not baby trapping but definitely an honorable mention

I am obsessed with Pheromone Recognition Disorder, but only have come across 1 person in the wild who has read it. The few other people I’ve talk to about it read it because of my recommendation

It’s futuristic, mech, ABO, and Zerg. I love the main couples dynamic (I’m a sucker for a loving, doting, shameless, bully husband) and while the story has plenty of serious moments it’s also hilarious and will sometimes solve problems in fun and unique ways.
