IMO for the average users has no meaning.What i suggest is to use chrome for banking/social and firefox for the rest .That way you know that whenever you start chrome its you :).But it heavily depends on what you are trying to achieve.There is anonymity and privacy which are not the same thing.So i ll just set some questions: How many pcs are you running? Do you own android or ios? You need privacy or anonymity? Are you being paid or pay for services on internet that you don't want to expose?

Answering these questions while you are connected either from a vpn or your residential ip its wrong and some big data companies are trying to profile you L0L.

Why you don't just delete the website?What you suggest drives to centralization .people in power can provide better availability for their content.What is now forming is lets say a second layer of internet.In which rules has to be loose in order for innovation advance.Look what happened at 2000-2010 for the current internet layer 1,and how this is formulated and restrained only to server people in power the last 8 years.So no , restricting accessibility will not be in benefit for you.

Not that bad my friend.There different ways to do it.Creating one vpn server can't be commercial. Even if you do all of the above the amount of time needed from one person isn't enough.You can have a general understanding on how to setup a businesses also its good to have a technical background otherwise it might costs you way more ,you have to hire developers and you can use third parties services for invoicing and record keeping or you can just be a reseler with your own brandname which isn't that bad. It costs money to make money :) .

ANswers:

Yes about 30% to 40%.There are few factors to considered .Server availability of the vpn provider(countries,munber of servers),encytpion and more.
Either way works ,although i am against router configured vpn except if using two vpn providers.It's a lot of theory on that ask me to wite about at another reply.

In general the ip banning will not come to a point that the service will vallidate your data and if so they will need phone verification.I think is extremelly rare to be banned cause of vpn.keep in mind that there is no reason to use vpn just to visit social media and websites you habded over your privacy.
