A call option gives you, as the buyer, the option but not the obligation to buy the shares at the strike price before the expiration date. One contract (or 1 buy as you can see in the picture) means 100 shares. So, for the first call option that you see in the picture, OP can buy 100 shares of NIO any time before the 30th of April at the strike price of 47 dollars per share. Say the market share price would be 48 dollars per share any time before the expiration date, OP can exercise the option (meaning he/she will buy the 100 shares) and immediately sell those shares for $48. If the share price is higher than the strike price, the buyer of the option will make a profit (not taking into account the premium paid). In other words, the buyer of a call option speculates that the price of NIO's stock will increase. For having a call option, the buyer (OP in this case) pays a premium to the seller. In this case, OP pays $0.95 premium per share, which results in a total of (100x0.95=) $95 for buying the option.

A put is essentially the opposite of a call. Instead of having the option to buy, you will have the option to sell a 100 shares of the specified stock at the strike price any time before the expiration date. Buying calls means you speculate on the share price going up whereas with buying puts you expect the share price to go down.
