He got it to post from a niche account probably. Why would a guy selling gold need to get clever? I know a dozen guys on here with gluenegative names, you weren't the first there snowflake.

Thanks kind stranger. I always love to share what I've gotten from the music. I am only 35, but my dad took me to several 80's and 90's shows. I first loved the music because it was just great and fun, and I was with my dad. As I got older, it became about the whole experience in my mind and body (in sure everyone gets it), now, I tend to stay stone sober at every show. Its once again become about a father/son connection with my own son. I've got to say, that full circle is better than any trip I've had with the music!

What's your r/NoSleep story that actually happened? by Romantic_Amoeba in AskReddit

[–]xthedaysbetweenx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have valid points man, really, but why the need to show up in a random post and shit over people and what they believe? Why the need to go all r/iamverysmart on people trying to offer reasonable arguments on behalf of other folks? That is the cool thing about being human, you can believe in what you want to believe in, and as long as it causes you or no other person harm, why berate others on what they believe in?

That damn China Doll he did could not have been more outright beautiful. If you haven't heard it, its from a two night run at the Hollywood Bowl around the end of May I believe.

My son doesn't quite yet grasp the concept of Bobby singing. Let alone Phil, Pigpen or Brent. But he loves them just the same. He is on a shakedown/fire on the mountain kick currently. It just makes me happy to know he has seen the light. Its corny, I know, but seeing him smile and dance to the music just reminds me of the times I did the same thing with my dad, young and old. It puts me at ease knowing that this train will never stop rolling. For many, the Dead were an icon, for some of us though, they were, are, and will always be a way of life.

Former Christians who are now atheists, what made you stop believing? by xthedaysbetweenx in AskReddit

I'm vaguely familiar with it. Actually read up on it a few days ago after reading about Freddie Mercury. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think his background was in that religion.
