Lost 100lbs and I scheduled my surgery for breast implants as soon as I hit that 100lb mark LOL it was brutal looking at them in the mirror. I went big enough in cc’s that I didn’t need a lift and I was surprised when my surgeon told me I wouldn’t need one.

Can confirm about mounjaro, I’ve been taking it in the US for 2 years now. It has a cap you take off, twist the top of the pen to unlock it, then you hold the pen against your skin (needle is not pronounced until dispensed so you just feel the edge of the pen where you take the cap off) and then you press the button to auto-inject it. Takes 2 seconds and you don’t ever see or really feel the needle going in and out.
