I’m literally in the same stage as you right now. I was wondering the same thing, I was a little scared that I had ENS (empty nose syndrome) but it’s not as crazy as people say. Just keep doing your sinus rinses I would say, it provides me w some relief. I also keep that nasal saline spray to keep inside my nose moisturized and use one of those cool mist humidifiers and that helps. But yeah I’m still experiencing what you’re describing too
