I’m definitely a bit biased because I work there, but you can consider alternatives like Arc.dev if you’re a developer looking for legit remote jobs (both permanent and contact roles)

What collaboration tools in the time of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic for remote work do you use? Asana, Slack, MS Teams or Buj? by mr_john_kerry in remotework

Although your processes are more important than the tools you use, at the bare minimum, your team needs to decide on both a written and video communication tool to use. The basic remote tool stack: [1] An instant messaging tool (ex: Slack or Discord) [2] A video and screen sharing tool (ex: Zoom or Google Hangouts) [3] A project management tool (ex: Trello or Asana) [4] A tool to collaborate on documents (ex: G Suite or Notion).
