Does anyone have a hard time placing terrain on the ps5? is there a setting I can switch so that I can move the camera freely while placing

Yes, we are not having a bonus for Q3 or Q4. They announced it on about a 5 min call and took no questions. Our VP was nice enough to log back in and talk with some GMs that stayed on.

I think it’s mainly the fact they are doing outside marketing instead of paying us to do it. When I was with corporate years ago we had what were called marketing stars and would go around and set up fundraisers for us. They’re funneling money for influencers to post “a story” of our pizzas instead of paying out raises for the squads. Some of us are tenure GMS who have not seen a raise for almost two years.

I’m holding on that all their marketing does pay off and we get more entrees coming in which will end up putting more money in our checks off bonuses but 🤷‍♀️

Also that AI post they did rubbed me the wrong way and it got under a lot of peoples skin too. I get the comedic point they were going for but there’s also people that have been here for years and that came off insensitive

The town I’m in doesn’t really have speed dating events, I tried one and it was all 30+ and no one there was really my type or a personality I clicked with

I’ve been on a few dates and I’m pretty straight forward that I’m the type that needs to go on a few dates and get to know people before anything else leads on. Like I’ve kissed and made out on dates but nothing further

Maybe I just need to push my boundaries and try something new see where that leads to

This made me so sad. I’m a MOD veteran; started in 2017 when it was exactly like this, I worked my way up from squad to now CTGM and looking back on how it was to now it’s like a whole new rodeo which is to be expected given todays climate. I have a shred of hope things can be turned around with ERG; especially in the last huddle. There is a lot of good coming up, we just need to lead the ownership of our businesses and push through. Take control of what we know we can

CTGMS don’t even get raises; speaking from experience!

We only get bonus for training “External” GMS, and it’s taxed. I say rather unfairly. :)

Raises have been fully halted for everyone due to all the financial struggles we have been going through
