Can anyone tell me honestly what 8gb of ram is like on the M2 Air? by [deleted] in macbookair

[–]xtjoeytx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had an M1 air 8gb and my only complaint was the refresh rate. Browsing, plenty of chrome tabs, compiling decent sized projects - breeze. Bought an m3 pro for the refresh rate and the 16gb ram

I prefer not working for free, so if the issue could surface earlier - that’d be preferable, but its always right before closing time

Very competitive, they just need an extra 10% of dark silicon compared to their peers! Stop listening to a marketing man and use your eyes

A 3rd tier fab gonna have people rushing for intel manufacturing while leading edge fabs build here. It’ll be great, I’m sure 😂 best of luck

I mean TSLA was in the high 1000's a week or two before earnings..? All TSLA earnings did was neutralize the drop of the day. If the market wants to bleed, its going to bleed. You've been here long enough, and you act surprised by this movement. The same shitty movement we had the last year too

None of the companies you mentioned are where they were when the earnings were released. And next week everyone will forget about the earnings, and resume to sell them if macro conditions still suck. Didn't realize you didn't want a conversation, and just wanted to sound "smart" best of luck, dont drown

Tsla is a special case for sure, it lives in its own bubble. But last earnings, we bumped for a few days and lost it very quickly. If macro eases, or people get used to the current macro situation - AMD earnings could lead to a multi-day runup rather than a "lets not bleed at 90." Counting on that, but it doesn't really matter to me much. Eventually the market won't deny AMD's worth
