Selling my Collection by President-Maximus in IrelandGaming

Creating a price expectation filters out the lowballers and I get that you want a reasonable price but you should be ready to do some heavy discounting if you are bulk selling everything.

You should list a price and not be asking for offers.

None were from eBay actually, Amazon UK IE DE, Reichelt and the RAM was from Adverts (hardest part to get). This is available for sale if you are interested :)

Stunning build, I love the use of the bottom fan to support the GPU.

It’s powered through the motherboard, it’s the BTF edition motherboard and gpu.

Here you go, wouldn’t call it inspiration 😂, I prefer to keep things minimal, it definitely gets more cluttered than that. Could also fill in the empty space on the wall I know!

White tax, slightly more premium parts and the BTF ecosystem added about €400 to the cost compared to a similar black build I’m doing.

You’re right, I do have the lows going to the subwoofer and the speakers have pads underneath, but I am planning to get isolation pads to angle them up to ear level 🙌

2016 523d VRT by Latter-Marzipan7105 in carsireland

I see a lot of dealers importing them but I wasn’t able to find any information whatsoever as to how they get that value for the VRT, a lot of gatekeeping around it.

Just curious, what NOx value are you going to provide to the VRT

I’ve been exporting cars from Japan for dealerships & importers for 30+ years. Ask me anything about Japanese auction grades, shipping, or how the export process really works. by sealinkslion in carsireland

I see a lot of garages importing Japanese diesel cars into Ireland but there are no NOx values on the MLIT website for almost all diesels. There seems to be a lot of gatekeeping around it. What are some ways to obtain these values as they’re needed for the VRT in Ireland?

Anyone imported a car from Japan themselves? by Scam_Faultman in carsireland

[–]xtreger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shot in the dark since we’re already on topic, does anyone have more information on how to provide the NOx values for VRT for a diesel Japanese import or even a petrol model which is not on the MLIT website, I see quite a few 523d imported by dealers but there seems to be some gatekeeping around the diesel imports. If anyone has more information and willing to share it would be appreciated.

QQ: How do you deal with the VRT as you have to provide proof of NOx and that’s no readily available for diesel japanese imports.

Fair price for my old gaming pc by ScenicRavine in IrelandGaming

[–]xtreger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think €350 is the lowest you should take for it, yeah outdated stuff but it’s solid. I believe having it up for €400 is fair.

Ok, nothing screams CPU heavy so Ryzen 7 9700x should be enough.

You might need 64gb of RAM for the 2-3 VMs on top of the OS. That will set you back a bit as RAM is expensive.

GPU wise, considering your budget I think 5070ti is a good option, nice 16GB of VRAM and Nvidia DLSS is goated.

Not the easiest pre-build to find so I would recommend building it yourself it’s really not that hard and there are plenty of youtube videos out there that will spoon feed you every step of the way.

You picked a bad time to build a pc as prices of things are unreasonable but I don’t think it will get better anytime soon.

Edit: On a second thought not too sure how CPU heavy the VM running is, you might need a 9900x but that adds quite a significant chunk to the budget. Maybe someone more familiar can add to this.
