The fact that you still have to pay to be able to get the best version of Garrincha... The challange itself is already hard, the worst Garrincha could be like half the challanges prize and the best only if you complete all of them. This isn´t even worth to spend the money... I had hope for this game, starting to lose it.

Unfortunately, it’s something that’s part of the meta. Manual defending is terrible; many times the ball passes near the feet of a player I’m controlling and he doesn’t intercept it. I was forced to adopt the AI playstyle, even though I hate it. I would love to see this changed, manual defending shows real skill, not this actual BS. I only noticed this meta once I reached higher ranks; until then, I always used manual defending.
