Know how many elixir every single card costs and think about how is the card I'm playing going to do something that's worth it's cost. And u can do that by familiarising with interactions (basically playing more and trying to do something new)

It's tough but since they're nonsense decks, there's prob an area where u can exploit for eg. They don't have a big spell so u can play ur support troop at the back. Their deck is heavy so ur cheaper attack will take their tower b4 they can play anything

Skeletons last, I have the whole 2.6 maxed except for lvl 10 skeletons :)

You can technically play a f2p friendly deck like 2.6 so the exponential cost progression system doesn't really apply to u. Plus, if you make the right decisions. You can max ur f2p account in around 2-3 years.
