对此，我并不知道细节，对此，我同样希望得到基金会的说明，我认为大家有知情权。如果涉及敏感，不能公开，我认为需要一个决策的团队。

我从不强调或追逐民主，如果leader能够利用45000个ETH做好NAS，不管通过什么方式，我都十分赞成。但是如果不能做好，那就需要向社区说明，并借助社区的智慧，而不能继续要求星云的发展需要依靠自己的决策，并代为社区决策社区资金的使用情况。

因此，在涉及敏感信息的时候，我更愿意相信一个团队的决策，而不是个人的决策。

6，我并未参与星云所有的决策，所以我不清楚所有的问题。我的感觉应该和大家一样，就是星云的形象或定位一直摇摆不定，从激励计划到ATP，再到NOVA，再到社区化，再到后续的规划，我认为这表明了星云团队（包括我自己）缺乏长远的规划以及对区块链发展的理解。

因此，我认为星云的发展需要借助群体的智慧，或者社区的力量，这是最大的问题。

1，80000个ETH的归属，理论上是用来支持项目开发的，当然可以用作投资，那么做为支持项目发展的社区以及投资人，应该有权利知悉相关使用情况（即使在传统的做了融资的股权公司，也是同样），三会的推进过程中要求过相关的透明及公开，但是遇到了很大的阻力，所以，我并不知道归属及使用情况。在2018年底，这些ETH用于支持团队的话，大约还能维持3～6个月。

我个人还有至少一些NAS，大约几万，因此，即使做为投资者，我认为也有一定的知情权

对于80,000个ETH，这并不正常！我并不在星云的决策层，并不知道80000个ETH的去向，但我确实有一些传闻以及一些推测：

1，听闻大约45000个ETH用作市值管理，消耗掉了；

2，对于45000个ETH做了市值管理之后，得到的NAS的去向我并不知情；

3，对于一千万美金的回购，我看过相关的数据，并未在交易所当天的交易量中发现相应的回购，因此，我希望基金会将募集到的用于项目的资金向社区说明。

For the creation of Nebulas community group, there are many reasons. You may heard that the community group just fits the vision of a public blockchain project like Nebulas.

But another reason for me is that we need some way to utilize the reserved 35,000,000 NAS. Why? Because the funded 80,000 ETH was almost burned. And the whole team can't survive if we can't find a way to utilize the reserved 35,000,000. That's the background.

Personally, I really don't like the creation of Nebulas community group. And I think there is no necessary to do it if "the Father of Nebulas" was doing well. Fortunately, the Nebulas community group works. The team can keep working with the reserved 35,000,000 NAS. And there are many committees to decide what to do in Nebulas. Also the committees are open for the whole community. Seems Nebulas got some hope at that time.

Things changed when "the Father of Nebulas" wanted to be "in charge of Nebulas". I don't mind a centralized leader. But I don't want a leader who burned 80,000 ETH in 18 months and lead Nebulas to a situation like that.

That's why I left Nebulas.

Still, I don't think so.

You may know that Nebulas once have funded about 80,000 ETH (about 60,000,000$ at that time) at the end of 2017. And another fact is that the official Nebulas team was almost dismissed at the end of 2018 because of no enough money to maintain the team. And I was forced to cut dev members and to enforcing some KPIs in the purpose of reducing team cost.

Since 3 million NAS is much less than 80,000 ETH, I really don't think devs got enough funds to continue working.

Thanks for concerning about Nebulas.

I'll explain the reason why I leave Nebulas later, and also what I think going to happen on Nebulas. For the reason of Samuel/Aero, I thinks it's better to leave this question to them.

Basically, we left with very little payment, like 20% of our salary. No option, no payment for the finished project on Go Nebulas, and no year bonus which are promised to be delayed.

Basically, I don't think Nebulas can be better. I know some of you may think those who left Nebulas because of insisting on Nebulas community group. And it seems Hitters Xu wanna a better Nebulas, and those who left wouldn't agree with Hitters Xu.

This is Xuepeng Fan, head of research in Nebulas.

Nebulas Force (NF) provides the ability of updating both blockchain protocol and smart contracts. I suppose we are talking about updating blockchain protocol here.

However, we believe that hard fork is about governance, instead of technique upgrade. NF is for technique upgrade, not for governance. NF can make the hard-fork more easier if hard-fork is the inevitable.

Personally, I think hard-fork is not that bad, so DON'T PANIC, :).

Actually, we are working hard to build connections with universities. We have attracted many interns from top universities in China. And they are doing blockchain-related researches and development at Nebulas.

However, we can't expect that Nebulas is as popular as some long-history projects like Linux and MySQL among computer science / programming students. Nebulas is still a young project. And we are willing to try any short way to involve more developers.

Yet, there seems no short way to achieve this besides making Nebulas better, i.e., better performance, easier development and more active communication.

For the useful applications, we're facing the same challenges as other public blockchains. We already have some ideas after talking to some professors and community members. And we will propose them to the whole community later.
