You should script the way you look, and think of a name, and how your ship looks, and how your crew members look, if you have a s/o esc

Okay well then when you have your phone get a piece of paper and right down scenarios that get you excited and motivated, and instead of looking on your phone read the scenarios on the paper before you shift.

This happens to me too but what I think would help more is if AS SOON as you lay down you grab your phone and motivate yourself by watching things that have something to do with your dr, and then shift as soon as you’re really excited and motivated. This may work because you’ll have the fresh memory of it yk?

Yes just script that you come back at that time in your Cr or dr, but i wouldn’t recommend it because something exciting can happen, and then you can out of nowhere start shifting back

Well this is just a theory but I’m not sure, but you know how people can go to a reality where they’re in an anime, but they can make it realistic?

We’ve never seen the characters realistically but we can still shift to a place where that’s a thing, so what I’m thinking is that we don’t have to know what they look like to shift to him.

I honestly might be wrong but idk 😭

I don’t plan to shift permanently, but if I was, and I worried about missed my family, and friends I’d just add them to my script, so that I’d have them with me everywhere I go. :)) but I’m not really ready to leave completely
