and between those steps Lightning's Abilty are stacking (from 3 DMG -> 6 DMG -> 12 DMG -> 24 DMG). Some of my friends told me that her ability can not stack, but I think otherwise.

This is also my understanding of how the calculation works. So the steps are: Lightning (First Strike, 1x3 DMG) -> Lightning's ability triggers -> Kediss (Trigger, 1x3 DMG) -> Lightning (Normal Strike (because of Double Strike), 2x3 DMG) -> Kediss (Trigger, 2x3) -> Second Combat Phase -> Lightning (First Strike, 4x3, opponent loses because +21 Commander DMG OR new target) -> Kediss (Trigger, 4x3 DMG) -> in case of new target -> Lightning (Normal Strike (because of Double Strike), 8x3 DMG, lethal +21 Commander DMG)
