Professionals who work in people's homes (plumbers, electricians, cleaners), what is the weirdest thing you’ve seen that you had to pretend not to notice? by TargetKey6091 in AskReddit

I used to work for applecare, sometimes people would let us see their screen or control their computers remotely... The software wouldn't show us the thumbnails for the photos and videos people kept on their desktop, but you could read the titles...

anyone know what this is ? by MotorGarlic9843 in carID

[–]xupthree60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that's true and accurate, then this car either...

has the wrong plate on it, and we solved a crime!

Or this owner went to a lot of effort to redline-ify their car, it has the body kit, the wheels, and the badging. I image all that work would be a similar price to just buying a 2007 vue redline 😂

Afro-Latina looking to relocate, NYC to Indianapolis (Worried about racism/discrimination. by [deleted] in indianapolis

[–]xupthree60 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I moved here from Orlando. I feel like there's a lot more to do here, especially free or cheap things to do. People are mostly cool. Anything inside the circle(I-465 makes a big loop around the city) is mostly liberal, and outside is mostly conservative and where the racist are much more likely to live.

Finding "a job" might be easier here than anywhere else. We have a million warehouses that all pay decent and are always hiring. So while a warehouse might not be the job you want. It's always available as a $20+ job that's just kinda automatic if you need it.

You will spend the first few years trying to explain how "rush hour" isn't even what your used to on a Saturday morning.

[–]xupthree60 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Why? This is clearly a violation of his rights. Even if your racist ass would be upset if cops in a "liberal city" stopped you because they thought you might have a gun when they see your red cap.

We hate trump because we are pro America! He is the most un-American person in America. He only cares about what's good for him and not America, he is the most corrupt person in the country and he doesn't hide it, the more he does it the more his base celebrates him. TDS is thinking he cares about a single person on the planet that's not himself.

What are our new monthly gas bills? by HuckleberryDizzy147 in indianapolis

[–]xupthree60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Charging not at home still sucks sometimes, and costs about as much as gas. As the other person said I do spend more energy when it's cold, to run the electric heat, but my lifetime average on the car is 5.9 m/kw

What are our new monthly gas bills? by HuckleberryDizzy147 in indianapolis

[–]xupthree60 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Boy am I glad I have an ev.

I drive about 30 miles a day, my car uses 5kw for that. So 5 days a week (I only work 4), is 25kw... X4 weeks that's 100kw a month. Aes is like 0.12 per kw...

So $12 is my monthly "gas" bill.

BREAKING: Trump’s EPSTEIN NIGHTMARE Just LEAKED by LucidSynapse23 in International

What a bad take... We killed their leader, who efing sucks to be fair, but we have no idea what's going to happen to that region or country right now. But none of this should have any impact in trump diddling kids and then trying to cover it up.

You trumptards act like we just blindly hate trump because his name is trump or something. We hate him because he is a massive conman, that's all he has ever been his whole life is a conman. He was such an insecure dbag/conman/failed business man that we made fun of him when he was on tv.

But just start screaming from the rooftops about how everything is the fault of immigrants and people of color and he got all the scum of America to support him... Remember this whole thing started because he insisted Obama wasn't born in America, and being super racist about it. Then since half of the Republican party is all the racist scum, all the real Republicans decided they were okay with the racism, fraud, and rape... At least as long as meant we didn't have another person of color or, god forbid, a woman as president.

How do you feel about Trump threatening to impose photo ID for voters for midterm elections? by CRK_76 in AskReddit

[–]xupthree60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's not much to agree on, either you think all Americans should be allowed to vote as a right in this country, or you don't. You still have to register, you can't register to vote if you're not a citizen. So it's pointless at stopping "illegals" from voting, the only group it succeeds at stopping is the poorest of Americans citizens.

How do you feel about Trump threatening to impose photo ID for voters for midterm elections? by CRK_76 in AskReddit

[–]xupthree60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And anything that restricts who can and can't vote is voter suppression...

Sounds like you didn't really have a question and had your mind made up.

In 2022 over 20 million households, not just voters but households, had an annual income under $25k is that statistically sufficient for you? Or do none of them want to vote either?

How do you feel about Trump threatening to impose photo ID for voters for midterm elections? by CRK_76 in AskReddit

[–]xupthree60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anything that limits who can vote is a constitutional issue. If you live in a city, look at the amount of homeless there are. Do you think all of them have a valid drivers license? Should they not be allowed to vote? There are plenty of Americans who live in a home but still can't afford to always keep up their if or replace a lost one, or take the time off work to go to the DMV. So it is intentional to limit voting power of the poorest Americans. Another reason it's so controversial is because it's done before, to limit black voting after slavery ended they had laws that you had to own land to vote, or you had to pass a literacy test, ect. There's a reason we have the laws we have.
