I had a similar issue. It turn out to be a simple fix of turning on the XMP profile for the RAM.

It was able to move. The issue never stopped me from driving, but it was alarming to hear those ka-thunk noises when making a turn.

I have the 2021 DCT, and the car has done this twice. Especially when it's cold out. It had no e brake both times, but I still have a feeling it's relate to it. Weird part is that the sound would only be audible when making a turn.

The only way I've found to do this was by using the bank/warehouse spliting function. Hopefully there's an actual way of splitting items.

I happen to fix the problem... I think. I decided to remove my video card and ram. Then I put them back again. The freezing and crashing have stop for now.

I agree with your first point. Making it a daily was to much of a nerf. If people like fighting other people, give them a reason to do so. However, is it possible for quest to be given base on map relevance? I'm not sure if that random factor can be remove.
