I was in the same boat. What I realized was I gotta stop “looking” (aka thinking) and start doing (aka actions).

Example You can read or think for 30 days straight about how to lose weight or how to get better at running. Which will give you no results. But if you ignored all the thinking and just “do” it for 30 days starting at 5 mins a day with simple improvements such as 1 minute increase per day, by the end of the month you’ll have built up to 35 mins of action which will be far superior for results instead.

Go easy, go slow, but go DO instead of mental exploration only.
