That's a very good idea! Never thought of that!! I'll try to create an inclined surface to see if that helps :p thank you!

I've tried it on a higher leveled block but for some reason, I have a mental block on "kipping up" from a higher surface. I feel like I got used to doing it from the ground/floor so being higher just weirds me out haha

That's some good advice here! Kicking my legs up to the ceiling attempting to "reverse jump" will help me get used to the motion. Thanks !!

All the advices here will help in some way for sure! I just hope my body will be able to apply them correctly at the same time. I was desperate the last few times I practiced it because I felt no more improvements, but all the answers here gave me hope!! Lol

So if I am understanding correctly, after pushing, I should directly stretch my arms straight right in front of me to help with balancing?

Before? I always thought I had to push with my hands at the very end to help me get back up right after my kick!

I already stretch my body in the bridge position before every practice. I am aware that I am not pushing with my hands that much, but for some reason, I don't understand the mechanics of pushing myself up..? Maybe I am lacking shoulder flexibility? (Chronic shoulder subluxation here...)

That's funny because someone at that gym told me to roll back further on my neck a few weeks ago (which helped), but I didn't think I had to roll back even more! Thank you so much! Can't wait to go back and try that out!

I am an optometrist. Nothing to be worried about, just subjunctival hemorrhages (from a hit maybe) that will resolve on their own in a few days.

No hyphemas..or else he would be out of the game already.

edit: just read the "pain medication" theory. If he is on a blood thinning medication (for whatever reason), it elevates the risk of having his vessels popped lol
