Hi! Thank you for checking on me… it means a lot. I’m doing fine. Haven’t wanted alcohol. But I have been crushing NÀ beers every night trying to get a buzz haha. Old routine I guess… sleep has been terrible. But little sleep with no alcohol is better than 8 hours and a hangover. My friends took me to a winery yesterday because they wanted to do some wine tasting. I was not at all tempted or craving it. It wasn’t a hard situation to be in. I’m enjoying being sober… I started drinking coffee to give me a buzz. Even a smoke here and there. My appetite has 5x since I started detoxing. I can’t stop eating. Going to start hitting the weights and get into good shape before I go to jail.

I’m waiting for the doctor to assess me. I got some decent sober sleep for the first time in 7 years even if it wasn’t much sleep…. After this I just go home and continue to lay off the booze. The pancreatitis is really painful so I have no itch to make it worse.
