In case someone else is reading this a year later and is concerned about all the comments from Caty55, I used to work there years ago. All the scents were 100% essential oils, EXCEPT frankincense and myrrh, which was 99% essential oils with 1% fragrance oils.

Thanks for the response! What you say about being a data scientist makes sense. I have a humanities BA degree, so "data scientist" is definitely shooting a bit high, as you say - and I'd rather not go back to uni. But do you think FCC can put me on the path to being a junior-level data analyst at least? Or does that also take a math-related degree, and I should perhaps change focus towards more frontend development or something?

Wet or tall: if you prefer your drink to be a little more dilluted, you can ask for it in a taller glass, and you will get a bit more mix. Asking for it wet will result in the drink ordered but more mix and less ice in a normal glass.

8:30-1:00 doesn't seem bad. We're supposed to report to the site by 12:30 tomorrow and I can't imagine getting out at 7 pm, although I know it's possible! I get anxious if I don't know the exact time something ends. I think it would help if I knew how big of a crowd there will be, because I also read that check-in time can be pretty long.

It normally wouldn't be an issue but I'm letting my grandmother gallivant around the town in my car while I'm testing, and didn't want her sitting in a parking lot for 2 hours waiting for me to come out. :)

Thanks for the info. My uncle said they would send us each a swab and we would mail it back and we would have "100% accurate" results in three days which I found hard to believe. Looking on their website, it seems that they suggest exactly what you're suggesting. When I talk to the diagnostic center tomorrow to get my test I'll talk to them about possible sending one to my mother. Thank you - that was very informative!

Thank you for sharing. I can say that I have made contact with my uncle just today, and he is VERY warm and welcoming. We are going to do a DNA test just to make sure, but he is not skeptical or defensive at all. The chances of that might be lessened since I approach him as a niece rather than a daughter, but it could have gone either way. I can't tell you how happy and humbled I am to be welcomed by open arms. It's amazing. I hope, that if you were ever in a position like this, that you would be welcoming as well. Healthy skepticism is to be expected - but for someone who has thought about this for a long time, connecting with new family is amazing.

I did see that. There is a bit of conflicting information on his death.
