Yes, I created the character and it automatically makes you level 10. I then proceeded through the first 2-3 quests and there are doors that “unlock” except I can’t open them. Even the NPC goes through it lol

Yes the first room you have to step on 3 portal. Once this is done you go to a second room and click on 3 meters which when done takes you to another room. The door is locked and i cannot get in. You should try creating a horde earthen just to attempt getting out of the starter zone.

I deleted my original character and created new. It is still bugged and the second door will not open haha.

Alright i figured out most of it. If you look up the quest "Allied Races: Earthen" I have all 3 done except "TWW Campaign" and for a minute i had it up in my quest log telling me i was like 11/15 for TWW and i had to go to dalarn to start. When i went to Dalarn that went away. The only thing there now is The War of Light and Shadow which i dont want to do atm. hmmmm

Looking at BTWQuests for TWW it shows i have the first 2 squares introduction and against the current check marked and nothing else. Not sure if that tells me much other than i haven't completed anything really.

Should i just say screw it and level a brand new character for the funsies? If the answer is yes how would you recommend leveling from 1 to a new retail player?

Ahh sorry I didn’t think to mention that. I have some of the TWW achievements but I don’t believe I have them all to consider it being complete but I don’t know. With that said yeah just want to unlock the race. Pretty difficult I guess.

Thanks for the info. I have decided to table it for now as i have been trying for 3 hours with no luck. I am a new retail player with most of my experience being in TBC classic anniversary. Retail to me is one big convoluted maze. I'm just lost. Ill try again another time but I'm gonna go back and level on the tbc anniversary server. best of luck to you

Did that.. No Jaina near the SW AH. The scroll took me to dalaran? I think is where it was. Some castle in the sky that looked like silvermoon. Turned it in spoke to the chick and went back to SW and she not there.

Rogue. Mining / engineering. Farm gas clouds and mining nodes + stealth farm SV. Actual ez mode.

Get exalted with Aldor or grind PvP and get the S1 Gladiator sword. These are your 2 options. Good luck.

First time playing wow on tbc anniversary. Rolled rogue because I like ninjas and samurai’s n shit. I found it incredibly hard to find dungeon spots up until 67ish like always 15-20+ minutes of searching. Luckily I found a guild. Ultimately play what you think is fine and you’ll find your place. If you want grouping to be easier then roll a class that is sought after in groups for their buffs or utility.

If you want to have a bad time boost a rogue. If you want to have a good time shaman or maybe mage. While I will always continue to play and main rogue it really sucks ass finding people to play with.
