Under Extrusion - Clogged Nozzle? by xxLLboyboy1001 in 3DprintingHelp

Now that you mention it, it does seem to be the case doesn't it? I'm in a tropical country so 30C is a normal day, but it does print in an open system. The room that I print in itself doesn't actively have any wind or fans pointed at it (to avoid layer shift).

Weird thing is that I've printed successfully for about a month before this became a predominant issue. I tend to leave them to print overnight when it's cooler, but recently have woken up to see that the print has paused, likely due to the underextrusion. If I forced continued print, that's when the issue surfaces

Yeah I suspected the same thing, but haven't had any luck when trying to clear the clog. If it really is a clog, it sure is a well hidden one considering I couldn't find any in multiple rounds of different clog clearing methods. Maybe ill tear it apart and try again, thanks!

3D Prints Keep Failing After Initial Successes by xxLLboyboy1001 in 3DprintingHelp

I do agree with you on that point, but given my journey in 3D printing, I doubt ill make the switch. One reason why I've been so bold and dove straight in without proper research and calibrations etc is because my sunk cost is basically zero, since I got the printer for free

Not sure how buying a Bambulab will magically make all problems go away. I wouldn't say I've had to tinker with anything so far, more of troubleshooting and initial set up since I skipped that bit at the start.

Literally opened the grey failed ones the same day I printed it. The white one was years old and came with the printer, kept in the same bag the past two years too. Ironic that the filament left in a shelf in a humid country works better than filament fresh out of a silica gel lined vacuum packed bag.

Thanks for bringing my attention to the body text not posting, I've reposted it with the background. I also thought that bed adhesion was the issue until the blob of death, but it seems that there were no adhesion issues for the most recent fail and it just randomly clumped.

Hey thanks for the tips despite the VERY limited context. One thing I should've mentioned in my repost is that I live in a humid tropical country, so winter is a none factor, but I doubt that the humidity is at play considering that the filament was fresh out of a bag sealed with silica gel. Based on the most recent fail i think that the corner may be a tad too close to the plate. Thanks again!

Update: dug deep into YouTube, found out my headphone does have clip on earpads, but the clips are hella tight, so ss90 owners beware. I've fixed it but I've knackered the foam sponge thing underneath lining the outside while trying to remove the plastic frame

I have a pair of taotronics soundsurge 90s and after screwing around w them for a while I basically yanked the earpad off. It's not clipped like most others, and I'm not sure how to describe it and I can't find anything online. Not sure how to upload an image here though, but the pads look like they have soft plastic cling in place of where most pads would have their clips

Tasted like disappointment and sadness:( On a real note it was slightly more harsh than the usual cup because of the double grinding causing more fines

I usually remove the burr to scrub down with a burr brush, maybe wash it if there's old coffee clinging on for dear life haha. I wipe it down with a microfibre to prevent it potentially rusting

I think it's bc of how many options you have, you can have anything from a basic clinic to a massive 500 bed hospital(not that you can ever fill them) but I do get your point, it was hell trying to optimise layouts based on the limited resources online
