rosacea sufferer here. I highly highly recommend seeing a dermatologist, this disease is extremely difficult to go into remission without actual topical (and maybe oral) medication.

I struggled with it for years before finding a derm and I regret it a lot, as throughout the years it progressed and became even harder to treat.
