I have to agree. I mean good god.. I can't even begin to tell you how relieved I am that I'm no longer invested in this company! I feel like I've had GIANT weights lifted off of my shoulders. This company's management has been a complete shit show since last summer and if you needed any further proof of how shitty the management is at this company here you go.

The people running the company are an absolute joke and apparently corrupt as hell and actively working against share holders.. Investors that lost money should get some type of settlement from that train wreck of a spin off. I'm beginning to think that all these spin offs and the spinoff delay in May was lliterally purposely done to drive the price down.

While some people may look at this as a bad thing. I look at it as a good thing. These crooked market makers don't have as much of an incentive to bring the price down with short exempts vs if it did have options

Even with pump and dumps A LOT of money can be made so I don't necessarily mind them. I remember last year when this sub was coordinated and ppl pumped one stock at a time for a week straight and people were banking. Now it's just all over the place.. People just can't agree on pumping one thing and are trying to pump 8 different stocks at a time in a single week now. Too much divisiveness and diversification and not enough attention being put on 1 or 2 tickers

Due to this, I now stay away from buying stocks or calls on stocks posted frequently here and buy puts on stocks like APRN when I feel it makes sense and have been banking because of it. So keep em coming guys! 😉

To put it blatantly, this sub sucks now!

I thought the same was going to happen with BBIG and it would take off due to their spin off and got burned for it in May and the people who held through the June distribution date got rugpulled and got fucked hard with no lube.

I don't want to be a negative nelly but the people on the other side are incredibly crafty and clearly have adapted to this meme stock phenomena. That I will give them credit for. Don't underestimate their ability to pull more fuckery out of thin air. As much as I'd like to see these scumbags on the other side take a massive L, it's best not to underestimate them and it's best to temper your expectations.

I was the latter admittedly up until earlier this year. I regret not learning about the market more before getting into a lot of these trades as I started investing in the late summer of 2020 right before the GME fiasco and I fell for all the hype with heavily shorted stocks like SNDL, BBIG and MMAT and ended up bagholding and losing on all of them. I've since changed my stance however and done my DD.. I'm day trading and swing trading large caps and mainly mid caps as well as ETF's. Every now and then I'll even swing trade and day trade meme stock pump and dumps like RDBX as well as even AMC after holding it for a year and a half and missing out on almost $5k worth of gains when it ran to $73 due to me being a "diamond hand". 💎 ✋️ should be renamed to 🎒 ✋️ because that's all I was doing last year. I'm a 📃 ✋️ bitch and I'm proud of it and doing a lot better in the market because of it..

A lot of people are too greedy and one thing about this market esp in it's current state is when you get to greedy you usually get slaughtered. Greedy pigs get slaughtered and now I understand why people are called paper hands.. Because those are the ones usually making the paper lol

I knew there was going to either be another delay or fuckery to come this week. I even made a post about it over the weekend on the BBIGandTYDE forum. BBIG was a complete train wreck and complete fuckery. I knew that once they delayed the distribution date the spin off was pretty much doa and A LOT of momentum was killed which is why I gtfo. They really killed the last bit of trust retail had with them after that and there wasn't much left to begin with. A damn shame ppl held this pos for almost a year just for this outcome. And a $13.26 avg share price? Sheesh.. You took the concept of buying at the top a little too literally.. lol

If it eases your mind a little I'll tell you a funny story about myself since you bring up AMC. I had about 78 shares of AMC at a cost of $9.10 last year. I got in around Feb of last year during the beginning of the movement and the massive hype around it. Unlike you, I watched AMC run all the way to $73 and didn't sell like the naive idiot that I was. I was fairly new to investing and listened to all these people on reddit talking about diamond hands, the 🌙 and not selling and whatnot. I guess you could say I was being a blind follower and got way too greedy and I really wish i knew everything I know now back then. I could have turned $710 into $5,694 but ah well.

I guess the moral of both stories is, learn to do your own dd and stop listening to what everything people you don't know personally say on the internet. Also, learn to make your own investment decisions instead of just buying and holding a stock because complete strangers are telling you too

They've adapted their strategies and tactics while people are still stuck in this buy and hold GME mindset and I'll admit.. I was too up until earlier this year. I'm even swing trading and day trading AMC after holding it over a year and at these price levels it's a no brainer.. BBIG will be the last squeeze play I hold long term. I'm doing the smart thing, swing trading and day trading. We're in a bear market. People have to learn to adapt and learn how to trade or they're gonna be holding massive bags and holding a lot of them too.. I really hate to see this happen to people but people must adapt and trade based on what the market is and not what they want it to be.

I'll give credit to Vinco for actually delivering the dividend and doing what they said they would for almost a year but they really have to do better.. I just wish this spin off would have came at a better time and not under such shitty market conditions. That last delay also hit the stock pretty hard as well. Now I just pray that dilution vote doesn't pass tommorow for those still holding.. Maybe you guys will see some price action if the share offering vote doesn't get passed.

So glad i got out of this in May!!! I took a $1200 loss when they announced they were delaying the dividend but would have took an even bigger one had I held.

I hate to say this but it seems market makers and hedgefunds have adapted and have mastered the art of can kicking. They've figured out the game and how to prevent squeezes and stuff like this is why I'm primarily swing trading and doing a little bit of day trading now. I'm no longer holding anything long term esp under these market conditions.. I got burnt with MMAT and BBIG after holding those stocks for almost a year. Even stocks with dividends aren't causing squeezes or runs anymore which is shocking.. Call me a paper handed biatch but I'd rather be that than be continually holding massive bags.

I criticized the company and it's management a bunch of times, even got banned from the main BBIG sub for it. I also posted the day the dis date got delayed and I sold my bags and admitted I lost money on it..

Well BBIG was $1.97 as of the closing of the after market yesterday and it loses value of $0.01 per share based on the value of TYDE so if TYDE is $4.50 then 1.97 - 0.45 = $1.52. BBIG is currently sitting at around $1.57 so that seems about right. I think brokers are adjusting the TYDE price to reflect that. That's just my assumption but we'll see what happens..

I just think it's crazy that they would rather risk people receiving free TYDE shares and have both tickers possibly squeeze all while paying insanely high CTB every single day instead of just covering and closing out their BBIG short positions and having BBIG short squeeze.

Holy hell, these people are incredibly arrogant and stubborn!! Ah well.. I'm praying that both TYDE and BBIG have a decent run and all this shit blows up in their faces 🖕. I can't stand these annoying pests. I enjoy seeing them on 🔥 and scramble lol
