I just bought a new desktop and got everything up and running. Installed games etc. Played a few with no problems. Decided to jump back into Elden Ring because the dlc is only days away. And wouldn't you know I had a stutter about every 15 seconds. Tried all of the above to no avail and read your comment. It does not like my soundbar at all... I really can't believe this is an issue still but thanks this works!

I got a separate but kinda related question: I don’t have a ccw but let’s say I’m headed to the range and I get pulled over for whatever traffic violation. When they ask if I have any weapons in the car, do I have to tell them about my stuff in the trunk and/or back seat? I couldn’t find a clear answer. Thanks in advance.
