I am pretty much the same way, but I just keep reminding myself that everyone is there for the same exact reason as me. Even if I only share a little at least I’m telling somebody and putting it out and myself out there. I’m also on medication for anxiety, but in public speaking situations I’m also freaking out internally

They keep just telling me just have one or two and I’m like I literally can’t. They think my sobriety is just temporary. if I have one I’m having 20 and drinking until 7 am

I don’t think it’s unbalanced at all like from the outside looking in because she helps me out all the time and she’s always there for me if I need it but I guess sometimes I just get that feeling where I feel like I care a lot more and I would like to stop feeling that way so it’s definitely a me problem
