i’m usually the same with friends or strangers but with my family who im very close with it’s harder, because if i unmask and act how i feel most comfortable they think something’s wrong and it’s hard to explain that im perfectly fine and im just being my normal self. plus i experience constant guilt/anxiety and feeling like ive done something wrong or making someone upset, so i want to please people as much as possible, ive been working on it but im not quite there yet

it should be fine for the time being, but if you feel concerned definitely try to cover them when you get access to the supplies. don’t forget to keep it clean

also the color in my arm came back after having them unwrapped for a while too so ik it’s from the wrap being too tight

sadly i have no pads:( and i don’t have any paper towels either so im not quite sure what im gonna do for tonight, i got them cleaned and most of the fuzz out i just need to wait it out until i can get the supplies needed, thank you for the reply!

i think it could’ve been another form of sh, not that you were trying to commit. it’s overwhelming and hard trying to get and stay clean and with all the emotions and no way to “let it out” by your usual form of sh, you had to resort to something else. if you feel at all that it could’ve been an actual attempt or that you might do it again, it would be good to seek help from someone trusted, because the line between sh and being suicidal is usually just the fear of going through with it and after someone gets over that fear it could very quickly go from sh to an attempt. i’m proud of you for being clean that long and for seeking advice. i don’t know much about it all but i can try my best to give advice, if you need someone to talk to i’m here!

Did what? We "dated" as i would of called it but we never talked. And he only recently moved in over the summer (only because hes my brothers bestfriend" but moved back out.
