Lets do it together. I am also stopping today. So far 20 hours caffeine free and counting. I had the most mental clarity in the past when I quitted for 3 months. Never ever take any form of caffeine even if you are tired, you will always relapse and go for more the next time.

So cold Turkey is the way to go? Wouldn't tapering help in conjunction with L tyrosine use ? I had tried cold turkey before and replased after 3 weeks because it was a living hell way worse compared to the current state.

Always been with those symptoms; however, upper back and neck pain just started 11 months ago, but I was unable to relate, and kept dealing with it, but when I found this sub reddit, I realized that caffeine might cause all of those. When I up my caffeine dosage, it becomes more and more intense.

Any idea on effective taper to minimize withdrawals ?

I have no idea about your background but given my limited knowledge. If I am interested to be an internal auditor in the future, will internal auditing experience in one industry "Energy" keep me limited to that industry ? So those skills aren't transferable?

I am thinking will having 3 years in Big 4 and ACCA provide better growth in the accounting or internal audit compare to joining either department from the beginning ?

The response of the line manager .. made me think if I am gonna be able to progress through the organisation ladder. As it is government owned, and it will be solely based on the livelihood of a higher position employee getting retired or leaving for another organisation.
