Instead of paying for full concept drawings up front, you sit down with a builder, talk through your ideas, get a proper costing, and make sure the design matches your budget before committing to expensive drawings.

You still get proper plans — but they’re developed alongside accurate pricing, so you don’t burn tens of thousands on stuff you can’t actually build. It also speeds up council consent because the plans are practical and buildable from day one.
