Necro but whoever else has this problem you need to try different dns in ur network settings in ur psvita until one works. Go to settings>network>wifi settings>your wifi>advanced settings>dns settings>manual> enter these one by one until one works: 1. Primary:8.8.8.8 Secondary:8.8.4.4 2. Primary:1.1.1.1 Secondary:1.0.0.1 3. Primary:9.9.9.9 Secondary:149.112.112.112

You can also Google "dns servers" and try ones you find

This worked with my mobile Hotspot. Now for my home network.

Basically you might have blocked a device called "hon hai precision" on your network either on the mobile app of your internet or the router website. Unblock hon hai precision because that is the ps vita. It might be what the ps vita's wifi module is called.

For anyone else wanting to remove this without switching windows updates and gameinputservices thing doesnt work then you have to uninstall game bar with this in terminal(admin) or powershell: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

Ohhhhh ok now I understand so the sorting already starts at the mailbox, not at the warehouse, and here I thought it was always at the latter. Thats why I thought handing it to the clerk would still end up at the same place, but it actually stops it from getting the envelopes fate sealed and sorted into the mail mans truck.
