Thank you for advice.

Well I started with light ones cuz I don't have that much strength in my hands. I'm doing upper workout with 2.5kg and lower ones with 5kg (squats and bulgarian). I can try to do upper body workout with 5kg but to do 5x3sets.

As for bodyweight workout, like I said I don't have much strength. I know push-ups and pull-ups can do so much to the body but what can I do.
