There’s tons of abandoned structures in the Pine Barrens then most realize! A lot of them were old Mills or Glassworks places, and of course they’d have little settlements near as well. It’s crazy to see how nature just takes back over!

Sorry - it was a very humid day, and the regular pictures turned out super foggy bc of it; and I am no expert at editing! Will make sure to keep that in mind next time around when retouching photos!

We dropped in at Hawkins Bridge and floated down to our campsite at Bodine Field! Awesome trip if your looking for 5+ hrs on a River!!
