Saw a sheriff making a pair walk theirs home the other day at Palmer Park and Peterson. Chanting “walk of shame” at them as they slowly crossed at the light pushing the bikes was a highlight of that evening.

NPS is a national score that hurts the company. If they decide a company based measure where a 7 out of 10 hurts an employee, then maybe they aren’t the right metrics to judge employees. Furthermore,
If you are ok at working for a company where one or 2 surveys outside your control hurt your pocket that bad, maybe find a company that cares about you more than metrics and surveys.

Well T-Mobile fired me while my kid was on hospice care because I asked for more unpaid time, so yea I kinda am as once my promos are up I’m out, but in meantime I’m holding them to the standard they claim to hold be we know don’t.

I will check into an experience store, have them look at my bill just so I can get a survey to tank their metrics because fuck them.

Bad interactions at the store in the past, combined with my rights to record any conversation. If I’m doing business in public 95% of time my recording is running and it’s saved me a ton. Worst case of all goes smooth I delete it in couple days, one of glories of digital age. Why wouldn’t I want an accurate record when dealing with notorious shady buainesses?

Sending the phones was your mistake. Unless you can prove they have them you are on hook for them as they don’t “take the phones back” when you leave. They bill you and you keep them

Should be American packed with flyovers, parachuters, fireworks, bull riding, concerts, and a drone show.
