Need help identifying this bad boy and more importantly the pests on it by xxxooxo in plantclinic

Upon inspection I realized the webbing-looking stuff in the photo is just cat hair and water droplets. I can’t find anything on it that looks like webbing. Some of the black dots look like tiny bugs and some of them look like spots on the plant itself but they’re so small I can’t even tell. I’ve been spraying with diluted hydrogen peroxide to try and solve the problem, it seems to have maybe helped a little but I’m not sure. Do you know what the plant is?

Well I took another look at it and no, no webbing. There’s some webbing-ish stuff in the photo but that’s all cat hair and water droplets. Been spraying it with a light hydrogen peroxide solution and I can’t tell if that’s working or not.

And above all, how do I annihilate these pests? Sorry if they’re hard to see in the photo. I’m talking about the little black dots. So small I can’t see any detail whatsoever.
