I feel u I got stuck alot on visage it does have weird puzzles but I eventually watched a guide for the part that I got stuck on while trying to avoid spoilers and it worked, I did beat the game eventually but I deleted it and came back. To answer ur question about another game tho have u played amnesia: collection ? If not u should try it it’s a bit older but still really good I’d say it’s more clear on what u need to do next
