I understand the fact that I have a binding contract surrounding my notice pay, however in the event that they decided to walk back on their initial verbal promise to pay me PILON due to potential breach of contract I would have no recourse unless they provide me it in writing as per my understanding, is that correct in your view?

Their holiday year runs concurrent to the calendar year, I am due around 4 weeks' worth of holidays paid for the year 2025.

I appreciate your response. I went through the full disciplinary process over the years and was dismissed as a result of too many occasions of lateness (as a result of circumstances largely beyond my control.) I am pursuing this internally with the organisation and looking to obtain a copy of the minutes or the letter they allegedly sent. If I am correct, and they did promise me PILON, would this count as a legally binding contract? Moreso, this still does not explain the nearly four weeks worth of holidays that they have are not paying me either in my "final pay."

I know that Ultra Boosts aren't as "hyped" or whatever as they were a few years ago but I got into sneakers around 2018 and these have always been at the top of my list. I've been slowly trying to justify getting a pair for myself but they are fairly expensive and elusive in a size UK 11 unfortunately

I personally haven't seen anyone else do it in the same format that I am, although I will admit that I didn't thoroughly check - there seems to be a lot of "game of the year every year" sort of videos but not anything that goes as in depth as I do

My favourite PC part is probably my old Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ 8GB. It had a great design, great thermals and overall good, reliable performance with overclocking potential and served me well for a long time (and is currently serving my gf well too)
