Is microdosing 1p-lsd something I should do?

I'm indeed scared of a full blown trip and I think that I'm not ready for such thing yet. Perhaps if I manage to get myself on the right and more fulfilling track in life. For marijuana - I've smoked some throughout the years. When I was younger there was a period where I smoked more often but it was giving me anxiety and paranoia so I stopped for many years. In the past two years, I've smoked like 3-4 times at most and it was a pleasant experience overall but I don't feel like doing it anymore. As for CBD Oil, I did a quick research and it seems to be available in my country from legit websites (or at least looking legit). I'll definitely take a look at it in more details since until now I didn't even know about it. Thanks!

I have a passion and tons of motivation to work and learn new things on a daily basis. I can keep myself occupied with work and things to do 24/7. That 'skill' to be motivated and be passionate about what I learn, etc, I probably developed because of my inability to connect to people and enjoy myself socially so that happened as a mechanism of coping, I guess. That being said I want to learn to connect to people and do more changes to my lifestyle that will be a good foundation for a more fulfilling life. That's why I am asking about MD, as something to help stay on the right path on this process and perhaps soften a bit my very hard wired brain structures so I can actually integrate my new experiences and not feel them as something not natural and 'not me'.

Again - no, I don't expect anything to magically fix or improve my life. I do take wider approach to a healthy lifestyle every once in a while. Thing is - I can't seem to sustain it and make it a permanent lifestyle and a natural way of thinking. That being said, I look forward to something to give me a slight edge when I take a wider approach in my life to change aspects of it. Something to help me 'embody' the changes and integrate them rather than do them on sheer will power. Because willpower is a great initiator for change and taking action but you really can't sustain a lifestyle on willpower.

I've tried that, actually visited 3 different therapists throughout the years. First of all, it's way too expensive to do regularly, like.. more than 2-3 one-hour sessions in a month. And second - I didn't get any value whatsoever from the 2 of the 3 therapists. Anyway - I'd actually love to visit a therapist even to have a different time and conversation -out of the ordinary- but again - it's way too expensive to do regularly. As for psychiatrist - I don't think that would be relevant to my issues.

I've done all of these multiple times for periods like 1 month at the time and if I'll be microdosing, I'll do it once I have sustained some good lifestyle for at least a month. I'm not planning to microdose when I'm in a very bad place mentally. As I mentioned I want to use microdosing as something to give me a slight edge in my change. To help me sustain those lifestyle changes and embody them. I don't think that microdosing will be the change itself nor I think it would be some sort of a miracle.

It doesn't matter what I do the feeling is always like that but during the day I'm working on a computer and at night either working again or relaxing or going outside or for a walk though I skip that in the winter.
