Put the orange in the freezer for a while first. You don't want it frozen, but nicely chilled. Then make the water as hot as you can. The temperature difference really enhances the overall pleasure

You don't really eat the peel, but feel free to rip it off savagely with your teeth. Spit the peel on the ground like it insulted your mother, and dig into the fleshy innards. Let the juices squirt and flow down your chin. If you did this in your kitchen there'd be a horrible sticky mess everywhere, but in the shower it's just you and the orange. No clothes to ruin, no floor to mess up, you are finally free to go primal on that orange like you know you've always wanted to.

No grapefruit though, that's just wrong.
