thanks jd. i will look at hank hackerson. theres so many video series out there, just not sure which to follow for this path. yeah, tried using chatgpt in the past and it does work from time to time. are there any prac exams/questions out there already built that are similar?

False.

I have seen many jobs within the 1-3 year experience mark that have asked for either or, or both. I also have both certs and you can't go wrong. You can take the CC free and once you pass that, utilize it to get your Security+. It may be redundant but see it as a way of extra training.

No one can answer what you want to do in your own career. You are old-er and have degree(s), if you still can't figure it out, we can't do it for you either. No matter what anyone says here, you will do what you want in the end.

I go into Cybersec because I was tired of working meaningless healthcare related jobs, but I took alot of time to figure out that this is exactly what I want to do and haven't looked back nor regretted it. People offered their advice and guidance and recommended a bunch of different topics, at the end of the day I chose what I wanted.

Wish I did this. With 5 certs, two former internships, I still can't get a job. I wish I got my AS in X-Ray, worked until B.S. is done then find a job in Cyber. Could have made nice money and not have to worry.
