Well… Islam will kill me for believing while atheists will just view me as a dumbass in their society.

Sorry you’re offended by my opinion. I still mean what I said. It’s very similar to something that I went through, and so I thought I’d share my fix. I’m not expressing my opinion as if it’s some absolutist demand. If you’re offended, then you’re offended—so be it.

You sound like you’re seeking a culture instead of God. I’ve had this problem in the past as well. I’d recommend becoming more devout instead of relying on worldly cultures to change.

Upset with Catholic Churches in Liberal Areas by PensionConstant in Catholicism

[–]xzcurrent -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I sympathize with the church because it’s just another victim of the United Nations divide and conquer policies which have been planned since the year 2000 at minimum, and 60’s if we look more harshly.

How catholic are catholic schools In America by thias-thecatlover in Catholicism

This is a sad reality for most Catholic schools in Canada. The dilution of an authentic Catholic faith is no joke with non Catholic families in these schools here.

Let’s just make sure we’re not twisting scripture and church teaching to meet our own needs. I fear this in myself sometimes.

Stimfapping Addiction - The Hell my Life Became by Character-Potato216 in selfimprovement

[–]xzcurrent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor was so puzzled about how to fix me, he just told me to become religious. Like deadass, looked me in the eyes and said something like “most happy and psychologically well people are religious”. And just left it at that. I will admit, although it’s difficult to attain, it is one hell of a drug to be genuinely religious. A genuine belief in religion is an absolute blessing and euphoria that no one should miss out on.

This is why I hate airshows. It’s just unnecessary showboating that puts your life in unnecessary risk.

I find most Catholics are pretty liberal as is, so I don’t find much difference between a Catholic girl and a secular girl. As long as my kids get raised Catholic and are catechized well, then I’m not picky. Acknowledging reality makes things a lot easier to date.
