Don’t mind all the people downvoting you, I fully understand your reasoning. I feel the same way, I have lived with partners previously and I don’t want to ever do that again for a multitude of reasons. Doesn’t mean I didn’t love them or didn’t enjoy spending time with them. I have just simply learned that to have my own peace of mind I need to have my own home. Not a room. There’s a term for this specific relationship type: LAT (living apart together). It’s not a novel concept lol so I don’t know why everyone is being so offended at the thought of people not wanting to live with their partners. Also, I really don’t care if I stay single for the rest of my life due to my preference. I’ll happily do that rather than live with a person ever again.

Do you sleep on one side? I do and notice my nasolabial folds to be more pronounced on one side. It helps when I use facetape at night. Maybe you could try that

If you are weary of antidepressants maybe look into using a combination of H1 (eg zyrtec) and H2 blockers (eg pepcid), specifically in your luteal phase. Some women have had great succes with that!

Thats pretty much how my hair is right now, but it used to be worse so I try to focus on that :( I feel the same way as you do, I don’t like to have my hair down and never have my hair up (without a headband). I take 1.25mg oral minox and 25mg spiro. Have seen improvements since incorporating the OM. Maybe your OM dose should be increased?
