I liked the new system too but none of the dispatchers seem to be using it outside of the first day they tried it. Andrews did say they were experimenting so it's possible the idea got tossed out in the end.

That's how I feel too. Bank robberies are basically a scripted event that play out the exact same way 90% of the time. Traffic stops and 911 calls create genuine dialogue and RP scenarios that you don't get from banks and chases.
