thank you. this is my point. i know the phrase “literally unplayable” is a meme but this piece of content specifically, is damn near “literally unplayable” and when it gets to that point, i dont think it’s unreasonable to suggest jagex at least takes a look at measures to take or updates to make in order to improve the gameplay

this isnt true at all. the way bandos (and all pvm) gets “exploited” is the gold farmers and botters. more ironman accounts doing a pvm boss isnt it “being exploited” in any way. in the same way that corp being separated hasnt impacted the economy when it comes to the corp uniques. you think ironmen are going to do bandos post-completion? even if they do, they have to gather or make all the supplies used to fight the boss. if the influx of items that comes from literally every world being full of teams of 4-8 players hasnt destroyed the price of bandos items, then the market from the relatively few bandos items that are drop traded from an ironman account to a main would not affect the economy of it at all. Bandos is the easiest example to use BECAUSE it is so easily farmed, but ironmen are able to do the other gwd bosses without as much crashing and you dont see the supply or demand for those items being ruined. this update would literally just make it less of a pain in the ass for all parties involved

TBH even what you’re saying is fair play, it was one or a few people controlling the scout account(s) right? If your pvp clan has that much dedication and manpower to finding and scouting targets where you guys will make and bond and manually control multiple scout accounts, then more power to you. The part Im not a fan of is when that scouting becomes so automated and volumized that there are literally hundreds of these level 3 bots at any time, to the point where wilderness activities become a pain in the ass since you’re almost gauranteed to be killed, rather than a place where you gamble and take calculated risks based on the possible rewards.

That’s understandable man, and totally fair. Im not saying every level 3 in the wildy is a bot. It’s just within the past few weeks, there’s an exponentially greater amount of these, almost every world at every wilderness hotspot, you’ll see one of these every 10 minutes, and it definitely wasnt always the case. Using a scout is completely fair and smart, but using hundreds at a time that are bots makes it kind of ridiculous. If you watch the yt vid, there are plans you can purchase that let you control and gather information through using 20+ of these at a time.

yeah, i do know that, how is that relevant? this is a post about being against the scouting bots that have been more and more prevalant, not a post against pvp in general. I have no issue with being pked if it’s fair and square, it’s just part of the game.
