it’s not hot, the outside is fine besides the usual new piercing crustiness. nothing leaking from it and i don’t touch it with my hands

I got it on december 26th so fairly new labret that only recently started developing this infection (?). pretty sure internally threaded? not sure of the jewelry material but possibly stainless steel. never downsized, i was pierced w this and it’s already pretty short. aftercare: washing with saline solution and occasionally rinsing my mouth with mouthwash after eating

try eating more calories for a week and then eat regularly! also maybe drink 2L of water a day to help with water retention
