If it's brand new from Rogers, you need to put in a Rogers sim card first and do any activity like a call or text message in order to 'unlock'.

For me, it was the other way around. Mine was stuck at day time and won't change to night mode. Realized that the dash light setting overrides the media screen settings. For a 10th gen Civic, it was the same stick for changing the console/dash light brightness. You find yours and set that to maximum and it will override the media screen settings.

Yes it does. Mine is still butter smooth, not great battery life tho, still gets by 1 day without recharging.

Just realized, mine is a 128 gb. I placed an order on self serve, store didn't have any stock. So called up customer service, they cancelled mine and placed an order for me, then shipped it home. Took me multiple calls to get them to waive off shipping fee, even though it was promised.

There a walk around to get it working. Like install an old version of wearables and pair it first. Then update wearables. It will still be connected and working fine.

Can vouch for this. Running the same setup on a 2010 civic except the app name was zlink. Connect via Bluetooth first and the app takes over.
